[Tutorial] How to declare SG Arrival Card (white card) when entering Singapore

If we still remember the days we used to fill up the SG Arrival Card or a.k.a. white card before we entering to Singapore?

Now it is more GREEN and user friendly with e-service and paperless.

* Please note that declaration can only be done within 3 days prior to the date of arrival.

All need to do is visit to URL below to kick start the application in few steps.

https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/

1. Click the Foreign Visitor section “here” to proceed
2. We need to choose type of visitor. In this example we are using Individual Submission
3. Key in the personal identity details then click “Confirm” and “Continue” on the pop-up screen
4. Key in the personal details then click “Continue” on the pop-up screen.
* You may choose other language on the top right icon.
5. Key in the trip details then click “Confirm” and “Continue” on the pop-up screen
6. Continue key in the trip details then click “Next” for single trip entry, else click “Add a trip” if you plan to reenter Singapore multiple times.
7. Preview all the entered information is correct and scroll to the bottom of the webpage. Check the declaration and click “Continue” if it is correct.
8. The SG Arrival Card is ready and you may download a copy for keeping purpose. You should also receive an email too.
In case you need to modify the SG Arrival Card information, you may visit to https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ , click “Update a Submission” then enter the DE number with your personal identity details to retrieve back the application and update accordingly.
