[Klang] Restaurant Boston Baru 伸波士頓餐室
It is Weekend, my food hunting day, i took about 30mins of driving time from PJ to this “well-known” Chinese cuisine restaurant (at least Local people knows) base on recommended by my Klang’s friend and some reviews in Google Map. Among the reviews, It basically says the waiting time here is long but the food here is good and price is cheap….bla bla bla.
又到我週末找吃的日子啦,這次是從小編巴生的朋友介紹而「遠到餓來」。當然事前也有上網搜索一番這家伸波士頓餐室的評語。大致上多數都評論這是一家排隊及等待時間超久的餐廳,唯一留言吸引到小編的是食物好吃及價錢便宜。
Hence I am purposely to note down my meal journey first time in my life.
所以小編這次特意紀錄了等待到下單到端上食物的時間點作各位讀者的參考。
5:00 pm – we have arrived the Restaurant Boston Baru (operation hour starts at 6pm) to queue (we thought we are the first one)
下午五點鐘,餐館門沒開就已經有人在排隊等候(小編還以為會是頭柱香呢)。其實餐館的營業時間是下午六點鐘。

5:45 pm – Restaurant door has opened and the boss start taking order from customer table by table.
大約下午五點四十五分,餐館門戶終於打開接見客人。久等的食客立即進入餐館找座位。店員現在才鋪排座位到店外面。
5:50pm – 6pm – drink has ordered and served.
飲料大約在之後的十分鐘端上(另外店員)。

6:32pm – first dish served.
大約六點三十分,我的的第一道菜餚終於端上。

南乳炸豬肉

南乳味加上半肥瘦的豬肉塊,香脆可口。小編就喜歡沾上辣椒醬才入口。
6:37pm – second dish served.
五分鐘後,第二道菜餚才續續送上。

公保蝦姑

算是小編在這裡最喜歡的一道菜。公保醬汁的比例與炸蝦姑沾恰到好處
6:39pm – third dish served.
而第三道也是我們最後一道招牌菜餚「蒸啦啦」終於送上。

啦啦並不算使用大粒品種,份量供三人還OK。

清蒸啦啦加上酒、姜塊、小辣椒的煮法更能品嚐到啦啦的鮮味和辣酒的湯味

The Experience :
Come first does not means you will get your order food first as it served by batch for few table with same dish. And usually when full house then you are asked to take the number for your queue and usually it at least 2 hours for your waiting time.
Based on the observation, the fried noodles / rice will have shorter waiting time. On the day when we are visiting, it seem “Prawn with Nestum Oat” is the second dish has served after fried noodles, followed by our fried pork.
All in meal cost is RM79 for 3 people (3 dishes shown in above, 3 drinks, 3 rice). The taste is above average and I find there is alternative in Jalan Klang Lama which I don’t need to wait so long for similar taste. Please continue read at :
怡保仔速評:
就算小編是第一群下單的食客也未必是第一個拿到菜餚的座位。廚師會隨機批量送上做好的菜餚給各食客座位。經小編觀察留意,有叫炒麵的座上等待時較短會先上到,接著出場的便是主食麥片蝦及其他菜餚。。。小編算是當天第一批的食客都已花了兩是兩小時享用這晚餐,可想之之後到來那牌子等待的時間也至少要兩小時吧?
這餐我們一群三人總共花了馬幣79令吉。說實話,小編在谷中城附近的古仔路也遇到一間提供相同菜餚和味道的檔口,可是等待時間較短和味道也不錯。有興趣的讀者可以參考這裡:
