I am sure you may see this historic photo by Keegan Jones, a designer at Facebook, who just posted a photo of the entire Instagram team visiting Facebook HQ last week. It’s on Instagram, of course. Why should you know it?

Well~The fact is Instagram was acquired by Facebook today for $1 billion in cash and stock.

It only has 13 employees and a handful of investors.

We count 12, including cofounders Kevin Systrom (far right, purple shirt) and Mike Kriger (right side, plaid shirt). So who’s missing…
